We always make every effort to ensue that your orders are shipped out promply and efficiently.  Orders for gift baskets, gourmet items, wine accessories, posters, china and most other Stateroom, Galleria and Dining Room items will generally be shipped out within 2 business days.  Please allow from 5 to 8 business days for delivery.  Flowers and certain highly perishable gourmet foods will be shipped overnight to ensure freshness.

Mariner’s Dream™ bed Orders
For the Mariner’s Dream™ bed, which is made to order, please allow 5 to 6 weeks for delivery. Our White Glove Delivery Service includes FREE DELIVERY of your Mariner’s Dream™ Sealy Posturepedic® Bed, complete set up and removal of all packing materials. We’ll even call ahead to set up a delivery time that’s most convenient for you! Due to state and local health regulations, we cannot remove your old bedding, but we encourage you to donate it to one of the many local organizations that accept such donations.

Please also note that in order to comply with local Fire Code regulations, beds shipped to California will be subject to an additional fee. For specific surcharge amounts, please click here.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Currently, most of the products on ShopHollandAmerica.com are not available for purchase outside of the United States.  If you live outside the US and are interested in purchasing any product on the website, please contact us and we will do our best to see if an international shipment can be arranged. 

SHIPMENTS FOR ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS
All orders containing alcoholic beverages are shipped out from licensed facilities. Because of the "three-tier" system (producer, wholesaler, retailer) through which most alcoholic products must pass in the United States, distribution and shipping of alcoholic products can be quite complicated.  The shipping charges are based on standard rates available through national carriers such as UPS or Fedex. 

Wine Club Shipments
Please allow from 4 to 8 weeks for your first wine club shipment to arrive.  Wine Club shipments will generally arrive between the second and third week of the month. 

Individual (NON-wine club) Wine Shipments
Separate, non-club orders for individual wine products generally arrive within 3 to 4 business days of the order to states that permit direct shipment (reciprocal states). For non-reciprocal states (states that prohibit direct interstate shipment), more time is required for delivery.  In addition, shipping fees may be slightly higher, as several state entities need to be involved to ensure that products pass through the distribution system in compliance with all state and local laws.  Shipments to these states are consolidated in California and generally shipped out twice a month.  The actual time between placing the order and receipt of the product can vary between 2 and 5 weeks, depending on when the order is placed in relation to the next bulk shipment.

Delivery through Legal Distribution System (WorldShipNet)
Delivery generally within 10 - 25 business days to these states:
AZ*, CT, DC**, FL, IN, MA*, MI, NC**, NJ, NY, OH, TX*

*   Delivery of alcoholic products not available in all areas of these states
** Shipments to these 2 areas are sent out once per month only, and generally arrive by the 15th of the month  
 
Why is there such a big difference in delivery times?
There are some states that permit direct shipment of alcoholic products from out-of-state producers or licensed retailers ("reciprocal" states), provided that the necessary permits are filed and the required taxes are paid. In these states, delivery is usually accomplished within 5 business days. In other states, however, direct shipment is not permitted ("non-reciprocal" states), and product must pass through a licensed wholesaler and retailer before it can be sold-or shipped-to a customer.
